I'm going to look at a civic this week, and going to sell the CV to Carmax.
this sucks, but the civic is a 95 DX sedan with a slushie.(not really, this is my favorite gen of Civic)
Any JDM fans know what I need to look for ?

Check it over for ricey modifications - bad stereo install, cut springs, etc.
Ask if the timing belt and water pump have been done.

Remember to look at the spare if you get a chance. It's not quite conclusive, but if it has a lot of wear to it then that may mean the owner used it for much longer than necessary and therefore didn't care for the car as well as possible.

Personally I'd say see if you can find an LX in the same price point. Power mirrors, windows and door locks are always a bonus.
